What does a website care plan include?+

My host says they do backups, isn't that enough?+

Host backups are a safety net with holes: often infrequent, stored on the same infrastructure and slow to restore. Ours are daily, off-site and verified, and we have restored enough sites to know the difference matters.

What happens if my site gets hacked?+

We fix it, included in the plan: malware removed, the entry point closed, Google warnings cleared and the site restored. Response, not just monitoring, is the point of paying for care.

Can I send through small changes?+
